ASSESSING THE SUSTAINABILITY OF THE VERTICAL CITIES, THE DREAM OF THE PAST, TODAY EXPERIENS, NEED OR PROBLEM FOR TOMORROW

Heavy traffic, excessive noise, wasting time, spending extra energy, pollution, stress, nervous attacks and …

They are all examples of human’s problems in large cities. Modern humans made their captive environment for greater prosperity that it has created by themself. Today, as already anticipated, Human is captured by technology in the large cities.

Since the beginning of the story that will be human-oriented in today’s world turn to a category that called comfort-oriented data. The simplest definition of the cycle of modernism effect can be expressed as: technology for comfort of humans – humans for using technology, sometimes we are choosing, sometimes we have the technology to be chosen.

Metropolis addition to being the biggest reason for the move towards  sustainable development are the greatest needs for your move.

According to limited resources, the main concern is the depletion of Earth’s resources, but the stakes are not only natural resources but also other resolutions such as quality of landscape, heritage, comfort and the ability to live healthy and safe urban areas are in danger of extinction.

Vertical cities, than countries and investors have been recently considered And used it as the solution to the problem of increasing population and limited land is referred to the metropolis , As this like a tree that grow to the sky and need for more resources, Strong roots that penetrate deep into the earth, the light shade  of the trees are shorter and resources denied to the ground below and exploits, However, unlike the tree does not adversely affect the cycles of nature.

This paper is intended that the role of last thinking in forming the vertical cities, according to field research, Strengths and weaknesses and thus the need for this type of city formation must be investigated.

Then, the solution for better control of vertical impact on the environment and vice versa, in order to provide a sustainable development.
